I have been training with Frankie for about 2 years it started when I was in a physically demanding school program. With Frankies help I was able to lose 50lbs and pass all the physical testing. Frankie is an amazing trainer who very knowledgeable so I continued using him after my program where he got me into powerlifting and got my ready for my first competition. Since training with Frankie I have found that I have much more energy and confidence in my body. I have lost body fat and gained muscle mass to the point where I have confidence in the gym and no longer feel scared or intimidated. I use to hate going to the gym and would eat fast food everyday but from working with Frankie I have grown to love going to the gym and find it a great stress relief. Before working with Frankie I had been in the gym for about a year. I was not meeting any of my goals because I was doing generic workout routines that I had found online. I approached Frankie because I was not liking what I saw in the mirror, and I wanted to improve my strength and endurance so I could successfully pursue my intended career as a police officer. Growing up, being active was a big part of my life. I loved to play sports and play outside. Now that I am older, without organized sports I found it hard to stay in shape. Coach Frankie has been nothing but a help since we started working together. He took my bench press, deadlift and squat and made them so much better then they were before. With good programming and always being there to answer questions and concerns my deadlift went from 405lbs to 520, my squat from 315 to 385 and my bench from 225 to 280. My journey working with Frank started nearly three years ago. My numbers were all down from a long season of football. I weighed 163-167 when we had a first weigh in. My bench press was once again under 200lbs, I had never really deadlifts and was one of the guys under the impression "squats are bad for the knees" so my main source of leg workouts were plyometrics. Fast forward three years I am now a national record holder for bench press, deadlift and total in the 220lbs weigh class. My gym pr's include a 655lbs deadlift, 420lbs pause bench, 495lbs squat.
From a fitness perspective as long as I'm moving weights I will never use another trainer. Everything he had ever had me try has either worked or he has had a solution to the problem as to why it wasn't. My progress I don't think would have ever reached where it is now without him and it is just the beginning still. Before going to Coach Frankie Dejong I had next to no knowledge on how to diet correctly let alone anything to do with macronutrients. I learned very quickly that without a good/appropriate diet according your goals, working out in the gym as hard as you can is very uneffective.
Coach Frankie not only sets you up with a nutrition plan that fits your goals to be reached in a certain time frame, but he shows you a way to include some foods you wouldn’t regularly eat on your typical “diet” that will end up giving you the results you’ve been looking for, and take it from me, reaching your goals while eating some of your favourite food is quite rewarding in itself. Frank DeJong has been my coach for the past six months. He has not given up on me, even when I wanted to give up on myself. There was a time when I thought it would be impossible to reach my body and strength goals, but now they do not seem so distant because of his help. I was always struggling with what I should eat, how much of it. What is good for you what is not before working with coach Frank. I started working out 4-5 times a week and I knew that I needed to work on my diet. A friend from work told me about Frankie and how she had lost a lot of weight with his guidance so I contacted him. For years I was always telling myself “I need to lose weight” or “I want to get toned and I’m starting on Monday” and then Monday would come and I’d never end up starting. Thanks to Frankie Monday actually arrived and I can officially say that in 8 weeks I have lost a total of 10 pounds. It might not seem like much to some people but it has made such a tremendous change in my eyes. The people around me have been commenting on how great I look and it makes me feel even happier with the results. I started off quite petite but with some extra fat on me and I believe that was because of poor diet; Frankie has helped me make life changes to my diet and physical activity every single day. I found myself getting really lazy once Covid hit a few years ago and didn’t go out of my way to make sure I was staying active with the loss of the recreational activities I was used to.
I got to the point where I needed to make a change and decided to text Eric for some help. The biggest thing about working with Eric is that he genuinely cares about his clients and wants to see you reach your goals just as much as you do.
We started with a goal set to lose 15 pounds in 3 months. Coach set me up with workout routines and meal programs for every day of the week and we ended up reaching that goal in 7 weeks.
He customizes detailed plans for your specific goals and is always checking in to make sure things are going smoothly. If I ever had questions about certain movements he was always right there to clear things up with video instructions or just quick phone calls.
If you’re willing to put in the work and commit to change, Eric will get you where you want to be. If not for him I would have been lost in and the gym and likely would have just given it up or kept telling myself “We’ll start next week”.

My weight loss and fitness journey has always been a rollercoaster ride, many highs but also extreme lows. I can't remember a time when I wasn't on some dieting plan anything from weight watchers to beach body. When I reached out to Eric, I was at my highest weight I had been in a long time and struggled with getting back on track. I thought I just needed a new workout plan to get me moving in the right direction. Eric was able to set me up with a great workout program right away but my mind set from all the previous diets I had been on( and have been on for so long) had always been eat as low as possible. It’s almost impossible to stay off track with Coach Frankie due to his weekly check ins to see how it's been going and what can be improved/modified to help reach your goals as fast as possible. He’s been helping me Since April 2016 and I would hands down recommend him to anyone in need of a solid diet plan that you’re looking for to get the physique you’ve always wanted.

Frank DeJong has been my coach for the past six months. He has not given up on me, even when I wanted to give up on myself. There was a time when I thought it would be impossible to reach my body and strength goals, but now they do not seem so distant because of his help. Additionally, he helped me break through my comfort levels at the gym and go on to feel confident while working out. Before training with Frank, I did not know anything about the gym atmosphere and now I walk in with a set goal and complete it. During the months where he was my Personal Trainer, he was always able to switch up the workouts and encourage me to do my absolute best. He has taught me so much about how to maintain a healthy and active lifestyle while I am out on injury. He provides me with attainable goals on a weekly basis. To my surprised I was scheduled a fitness evaluation that I thought was completely out of my league and impossible to complete for the OPP. Only being half way through my prep, Frank pushed me to step out of my boundaries and convinced me to compete. Upon results, I ended up killing the test and passing! My life would be in a completely different place if it weren’t for the lifestyle changes that Frank helped me achieve. I am happier and healthier than I have ever been. Thank you Frank for kicking my butt and not letting me gain the typical freshman 15, but in fact helping me lose the 15 instead!

I was always struggling with what I should eat, how much of it. What is good for you what is not before working with coach Frank. I started working out 4-5 times a week and I knew that I needed to work on my diet. A friend from work told me about Frankie and how she had lost a lot of weight with his guidance so I contacted him. He was a great help to my process. He explained everything to me and I learned a lot. The process was very easy to follow and I felt supported. We checked in every week to make adjustments and he was always available to answer questions. I’m so happy with how I feel and I’m excited for the road ahead.

I only worked with Frankie for a few months but truly enjoyed my experience with him and the changes he’s brought to my health. Frankie is the first coach I’ve had and I would recommend him to anyone. Thanks to him, I got to try different health and fitness experiences that I wouldn’t have tried if it weren’t for him (for example, intermittent fasting). Frankie also showed me the value that the scale doesn’t always indicate change. In my case, that was especially true. Not much of a change on the scale but looking at my before and after pictures really show a difference in my body composition. For years I was always telling myself “I need to lose weight” or “I want to get toned and I’m starting on Monday” and then Monday would come and I’d never end up starting. Thanks to Frankie Monday actually arrived and I can officially say that in 8 weeks I have lost a total of 10 pounds. It might not seem like much to some people but it has made such a tremendous change in my eyes. The people around me have been commenting on how great I look and it makes me feel even happier with the results. I started off quite petite but with some extra fat on me and I believe that was because of poor diet; Frankie has helped me make life changes to my diet and physical activity every single day. I used to try and do short term ‘diets’ and they never gave me any results, let alone the results that Frankie has helped me achieve in such a short period of time. The best part of it all is that his coaching style allows you to still eat your favourite foods which was perfect for me as every Sunday I go to my best friends for dinner and I remember telling Frankie that I completely understand if I can’t go there anymore and he responded by saying, “I appreciate you being willing to dedicate yourself that much to your journey but it won’t be necessary for you to cut out your favourite Sunday dinners.” While originally confused about how I would be able to reach my goals, I realized Frankie was right and that I can eat what I want and be on my journey to reach my goals. I truly can’t express how thankful I am for Frankie and how much he has helped me so far in my journey and I am looking forward to the future and continuing my journey and getting to where I want to be.

I found myself getting really lazy once Covid hit a few years ago and didn’t go out of my way to make sure I was staying active with the loss of the recreational activities I was used to.
I got to the point where I needed to make a change and decided to text Eric for some help. The biggest thing about working with Eric is that he genuinely cares about his clients and wants to see you reach your goals just as much as you do.
We started with a goal set to lose 15 pounds in 3 months. Coach set me up with workout routines and meal programs for every day of the week and we ended up reaching that goal in 7 weeks.
He customizes detailed plans for your specific goals and is always checking in to make sure things are going smoothly. If I ever had questions about certain movements he was always right there to clear things up with video instructions or just quick phone calls.
If you’re willing to put in the work and commit to change, Eric will get you where you want to be. If not for him I would have been lost in and the gym and likely would have just given it up or kept telling myself “We’ll start next week”.
I can’t recommend him enough to anyone looking to get in better shape or even just adopt some healthier habits in their everyday life. He’s been an incredible coach to work with and above all, he’s an even better person.

My weight loss and fitness journey has always been a rollercoaster ride, many highs but also extreme lows. I can't remember a time when I wasn't on some dieting plan anything from weight watchers to beach body. When I reached out to Eric, I was at my highest weight I had been in a long time and struggled with getting back on track. I thought I just needed a new workout plan to get me moving in the right direction. Eric was able to set me up with a great workout program right away but my mind set from all the previous diets I had been on( and have been on for so long) had always been eat as low as possible. After struggling to see the scale drop, Eric was able to help me see exactly where I was going wrong and that was my nutrition. He continue to encourage me to fuel my body with the nutrients it desperately needed for so long that the results started to take off. I have more energy in a day, I feel better, more focus and I look/feel more confident again.
